Here are some tips on how to make a site. A good website builder is Webs, or Weebly - http://webs.com or http://weebly.com. I would recommend webs, because it's easier, but that just my opinion. Once you have your site basics, you can add apps (Applications)like a meebo chat, video blog, or arcade! All those would make your site great! Now, if you want members, you have to advertise. So, lets say you join another site, and you have a signature on there - you can put your site's address on for your signature! Or if you have an email signature, you could do the same thing. If you get a lot of members and you need help, make a blog post for people to comment on if they would like to be an Administrator. Now, if you still want to make your site better, you can add new pages, like a pen-pal page, a comment page, a contact me page, etc. Well, those are my tips to you! Enjoy!
