this is not "How To Make A Banner" at all. This is a website recommendation..And Mikey is right. It isn't the best, there are many better ways. Om, this may sound rude, But I am in no way shape or form trying to sound so

But if you want a REALLY impressive banner, with some real work put into it other than 3 clicks, download gimp and get to work. I made a banner which you can see on my page, and I make it from scratch, by hand and with gimp's features. It took me about 7 minutes.
