Their once was a great Severa village, whose chief was no other, than Makopati. There where seven families, seven children in each, seven days in a week, seven weeks in a month, seven months in a year and seven years in a decade. “Severa” in Ser (which is the language they speak in Severa) means “seven everything”. Now, Chief Makopati had seven daughters, one was a beautiful girl named Chipora. Chipora loved to sing and dance. She also loved to trick people. One day the royal bone reader came and said, “ Your youngest daughter will tell a great lie.” “ You mean Chipora, you are lying to me.” The chief protested. “ GUARDS!!!” he shouted, “ throw this man into the dungeon.” The guards did as they where told for they did not want to disappoint their king by saying that the bone reader might be right. The next day the chief ordered the guards to tell his people he was in search of a bone reader. After seven minutes there where seven people lined up in front of his house. Once Chipora saw that her father would be busy she snuck out of the house and on to the dirt road. Once she was far enough she sat down on hill and thought about the problems of the village the horrible disease and the shortage of water, then Chipora got a wonderfully perfect scheme. “ LOOK WHAT I FOUND A BEAUTIFUL STREAM FLOWING WITH CLEAN WATER!” she shouted. Then she hid behind the hill while she heard seven guards running towards her. “There is no water here somebody has tricked us.” said the guards. Then Chipora popped out and ran away. The next day she did the same, but the day after that she was about to trick them again when she saw an invading village. She ran to tell her father but he did not believe her. At the end the Severa village had ended.
If you lie a number of times no one will believe you
